Refund policy

Returns and refunds

30 days to change your mind. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item.

Conditions
- The item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging.
- Please contact us first at contact@mavrogear.com with your order number: we will send you the return address. Parcels returned without prior agreement cannot be processed.

Return costs
- Change of mind: return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect item: it's up to us to fix it. Send us a photo within 7 days of receipt; we will replace the item or refund it in full, at no cost to you.

Refund
Once the item has been received and checked, the refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used for the order. Original shipping costs are only refunded for defective or incorrect items.

Warranty
All our products come with the 2-year legal warranty against defects.
