General terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on the MavroGear online store (mavrogear.com), operated by Georges Doncevski, Rue Neuve 13B, 1146 Mollens VD, Switzerland. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Products
Products are described and presented with the greatest care. Photos are for illustration; slight differences in colour or appearance may exist. Offers are valid while stocks last.

3. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Order
The contract is concluded when the customer confirms the order and the payment is accepted. A confirmation e-mail is sent. MavroGear may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or in case of an obvious pricing error; the amount paid is then refunded in full.

5. Payment
Payment is made online by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna or any other method offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our providers; MavroGear has no access to your card details.

6. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are described in our shipping policy. Times given are estimates. The customer may cancel the order if the parcel has not shipped within 30 days.

7. Returns and warranty
Returns are accepted within 30 days according to our refund policy. Products come with the 2-year legal warranty for defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or installation not in line with the instructions.

8. Liability
Accessories must be used according to their instructions and to road traffic rules. To the extent permitted by law, MavroGear's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's domicile, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions provided by law.
