Shipping

Processing: every order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time: generally 7 to 15 business days after shipping. Our items ship directly from our partners' warehouses, which lets us offer fair prices. During busy periods (holidays, sales) a slight delay is possible.

Tracking: as soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Shipping costs: they are calculated and clearly shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Customs: for some shipments, import charges (VAT, customs clearance fees) may be collected by the carrier on delivery. These are paid by the recipient.

Late or lost parcel: if your parcel has not arrived 25 business days after shipping, write to us at contact@mavrogear.com. We will open an investigation and, if the parcel is lost, we will resend or refund it.
